DANCING EWE FARM
Tuscan-Style cheeses made with raw milk using traditional recipes and techniques. Pecorino Stagionato, Pecorino Fresco, Pecorino Tartufo, Pecorino Pistachio, Fresh Ricotta (sheep & cow). Also: olive oil, olives and fig marmalade from their farm in Italy.
Their own cured meats such as pancetta, capocollo, prosciutto and salami. Merguez (Moroccan Style Lamb Sausages). Fresh sausages.
