Holly Shelowitz joins us in the market this Sunday. She'll show us how she makes Gazpacho which couldn't be more perfect for the weather we've been having lately. Stop by for a taste. Starts at 11am
We'll have copies of Holly's recipe for those of you who would like to give it a try at home.

Holly is a Culinary Nutrition Counselor and Real Food Educator. For over 16 years, through her client sessions, cooking classes and educational events, Holly has been inspiring people to get into their kitchens and cook. In addition to her private practice, she was hired by Whole Foods Market for a 3 year project as the Northeast Regional Lead Educator, helping to create two Healthy Eating Education programs company wide. Holly created the Healthy Eating Education Program at Mother Earth’s Stores, incorporating cooking demonstrations, food sampling and store tours and helped launch the Sunflower Café. Holly’s mission is for everyone to know how to take loving care of themselves with food choices, cooking and self care- and to be kind to themselves and those they love.
Holly has taught cooking and nutrition and cooking classes at The Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health, The Bronx Botanical Gardens, and you can catch her cooking demonstrations at farmers markets, culinary stores, libraries, colleges and schools. Please visit her website, www.nourishingwisdom.com to learn more about her nutrition counseling, retreats and events.
Holly offers group and private nutrition counseling at Izlind Integrative Wellness Center in Rhinebeck and is the Director of the recreational cooking school, Hudson Valley Cooking Classes also in Rhinebeck.
